Server Features
- OGC-compliant map server (WMS and also WCS coming soon)
- Multiple representations of LiDAR data: points, TIN, contours, etc.
- Unique layers for each representation
- As with LP360, multiple ways of filtering and colorizing data (implemented through styles in the WMS)
- High performance on-the-fly tinning engine
- High performance on-the-fly contouring engine
- Server configurable through XML
- Multiple server deployment possibilities, it can be it's own complete web server or work with your existing web server
We believe LiDAR Server is ideally suited for LiDAR visualization over the internet, enterprise LiDAR distribution, and online QA/QC. Client-side customizations can extend the possible features to web or standalone client environments.
